I had this service for 3 years. First time I wanted to change the delivery from afternoon to mid-morning b/c I was leaving to go out of town, the UPS delivery guy came around 10:00am and gave me a hard time for having to change his delivery plan to accomodate me. He tried to make me feel as though I shouldn't do it again. What was I paying for?
