I bought once from TJMaxx online. One of the items were cups, which came broken 3 out of 4. Took more than an hour to return them in store. They had shipped the cups without any packaging whatsoever, as in they put a shipping label on the manufacturer's package.

Return anything over $100 to the store is such a bad experience. Better spend $10 mail back than facing the terrible customer service.
