Check the chemical content and you will know what you are talking about....educate yourself in chemistry, regulation standards of the oil industry. Its like the pharmacy, you can go with the store brand or with a branded pill with the same active content for more $$$. //@Anonymous: All synthetic oil are not created equal. Those no name band from discount store I wouldn’t trust and use it on my car.

Agreed. I will also remember to ware those one time plastic gloves so I don't have to worry about getting my hands messy. : ) //@Anonymous: I change my own oil not because of the cost savings. I do it for the time savings. Going to a reliable shop to change oil takes too much time. Plus, when you do it yourself, you know that you're getting good oil and a good filter. //@Anonymous: Saving 50 bucks a year isn't that much plus you get your hands messy //@anonymous: Gee. Order 1. It costs me $70 to change my 2015 Nissan Sentra's oil at Gateway Tires because it has to be full synthetic. Now changing it myself would cost about $20 including the filter.
Unbelievable, Costco.
