Yes. The good ones are the Icon and Classic series. Those knives are forged from X50CrMo14 stainless steel at about 58 HRC. The ones on this link are not forged but are instead laser cut from a sheet of unnamed steel. //@Anonymous: Are you sure about it? //@Anonymous: These are not the knives that Wusthof are famous for, but rather a cheap line they make that look similar.
