I have used this service for several years. It's very convincent and nice. Now we have the second car and will buy that service again.

I wouldn't let them work on my kid's tricycle. I have irrefutable proof that they tried to scam me into buying new tires at the San Tan Valley, AZ location, and the company was not interested in holding anyone accountable. It must be part of their corporate culture. I would never, ever, ever let them work on anything I own. EVER!

it is a good choice if you can run your car for another 10-15 years or so, and i doubt that. But i have a feeling that FS will be out of business very soon because of their bad service and overprice.

Please do not buy! Take your money else where. When you bring your car in for alignment they always tell you something is wrong with your car when it’s not and find ways to charge you more. It’s the worse place your can your car fix. Please please do not bring your car here for services!!

Another issue is they allow you to book for alignment and will cancel the appointment most of the time. Again you book it. No confirmation. I tried it in both woodbridge and Edison NJ. Not recommended, I used to use the wheel alignment at firestone many years ago, after that they gave me different alignment data when I did oil change every time, they were conflicted. I talked to the shop manager but he could not explained it since it was “mechanical data”. I stopped using firestone car service for rest of my whole life. Another time, they did oil change for my car, but they disconnected my engine inlet air pipe, when I drove to high way, big noise, I brought the car back, they test drive and reconnected it, even did not say a “sorry”. High recommended to stop using car service at firestone.
