Same problem with Seaworld San Diego for the booking two days ago. Called and they cannot figure out why. Eventually cancelled and refunded.

Thanks to see it's alive again. Expedia cannot adjust the order but helped to cancel and re-order it. 5 mins saved 10 bucks, not too bad.
