Easy fix: use cardboard as expansion baffles. //@anonymous: Wow. So, it doesn't incorporate expansion baffling in the design? That's pretty crappy. I grabbed an el-cheapo off Amazon, and while it isn't as nice as my Dad's old single prop larger fan, it does what it's supposed to and has expansions to fit variable widths. //@Anonymous: Remember to measure your windows first before ordering. These are surprisingly narrow. It doesn’t cover any of my windows. I end up returning it.
