I also can't get the 30% coupon to work, tried to log out and then log back in, the message I got was "Please login to see if you qualify for this offer." I used chrome at first and then used safari and it still doesn't work...

Don't use chrome. Use IE or Firefox //@Anonymous: log out then log in, and tried the coupon ... does not work; then log out->log in->tried coupon ... still does not work; repeat this for at least 6 more times; still does not work
