Check your refunds, no Sales Tax was refunded. You need to contact your state tax department, They are not going to refund you Sales Tax Collected at time of purchase, Ebay is saying that Reebok should, Reebok saying that Ebay collected it - so noone is responsible, but they both (Ebay and Reebok ) should be prosecuted for doing this !!!
