I'd rather be cold in Paris than toasty warm anywhere else. There's lots more to the city than Notre Dame! Feel free to stay home and let the non-whiners have fun. Thanks. //@Anonymous: Nah it is cheap cause Paris is freaking humid and cold during those months and windy!!!
