Frontier -

It depends on the situation. I once had a flight cancelled from Sioux Falls to Denver. I was booked on frontier for Sioux Falls to Denver, and then on a separate itinerary for Denver - Spokane.

They gave me $400 to book any flight and I directly booked Sioux Falls - Spokane (without my frontier destination being spokane)

It all boils down to how to talk + attendant mood + current conditions.
