target sale is a scam and a marketing strategy. When this company posted a sale item, the chance is that you always could not find it in any nearby store. Sometime you found this item is available in one nearby store, but it is gone when you checked it out. So it ended up wasting a lot time finding a store with this item in stock,but no luck.
Another company did the same crap, and its name is Walmart based on my experience.
