Do your self a favor, just check reviews for Samsung trading in program. Too many reviews states trade in phones are denied and only received $50 credits towards a phone worth hundreds of dollars. They will not send your phone back, but only give you $50. //@Anonymous: Don't trust samsung trade in program! It's a scam! Trade in a mint condition iphone and was denied, plus they kept the phone(it's in the terms, read it carefully)!

Agree. If timely software updates is your thing, you need to go with Pixels or iPhones. This may seem a small issue when you buy a phone at launch. But can really become annoying very soon. //@anonymous: I am done with Samsung with Note 4, Never again. Do not get fooled with glowing reviews, they got those reviews with every release. Just compare 2/3 generations back Samsung phones, iPhones, and Pixels and you will know what I mean. Nothing compares to iPhones, guranted updates for 5 years or more, excellent customer service, reasonable battery exchange price, you name it. My 6 years old iPad Air still works perfect.

I used Samsung trade in program to trade in a Galaxy s2 for decent price off of a new S8 couple of years back!! They are limiting it to newer models lately though. But overall had a good experience.

I will think the later!! //@anonymous: I used Samsung's trade-in program 2 times already and I have not had any issues with them. //@anonymous: I used Samsung's trade-in program 2 times already and I have not had any issues with them.

Just watched their promotion video, not impressed with these new models. No any big improvement. The camera is still 12MP, only 3+2+1. That's it.

do you have money to buy gold?? //@Anonymous: so. it is pretty much the same phone, and the price is higher than ever ever... I would rather buy few golds; few years later gold should still worth a bit more, but this phone will not give me anything in return, maybe it will provide me a shiness that will make me prettier ????

Bixby is so annoying

By anonymous on 02/21/2019, 09:49 AM EST
Samsung needs to fix software issues (delayed updates, bloatware and Bixby) first, before they try winning customers with cool hardware. You can buy a phone to literally being abandoned later for updates. Not cool!

sure it will since you are so ugly to begin with //@Anonymous: so. it is pretty much the same phone, and the price is higher than ever ever... Of course, everyone's always trying to get their hands on an iPhone. Popular stuff. I'm surprised you traded it in. //@anonymous: Don't trust samsung trade in program! It's a scam! Trade in a mint condition iphone and was denied, plus they kept the phone(it's in the terms, read it carefully)!
