well worth it for tri level condo. turn off fr bed instead of running downstairs middle of night. there are outage but nothing major since ive had it for 5. its more due to wifi connection than the server itself but there are some maintenance like any other site. i never used the scheduled setting just mainly use for off/on. very pleased dont like all the gimmicks of the nest

I have owned this for many years without such issue. The price has fallen from $88. //@Anonymous: Be careful! It depends on Honeywell server (mytotalconnectcomfort.com) which has experienced frequent outages since last year, especially recent extreme winter weather days. Sometimes it sets temperature randomly from server.

Could it be your WiFi or ISP that has problem? Cause, I have been using it for almost 4 years and yet to experience an outage or a problem with it in the New England weather. //@anonymous: Be careful!
