Very unprofessional company. Ordered 2 dozen flowers but only 1 dozen was delivered with a vase shattered into ten pieces. Asked for refund, but it took more than an hour to get back the part paid by credit card. Will not buy again.

But the next day it worked with no issues. //@Anonymous: Correct, proflowers.com indicates my groupon voucher code is either invalid or have expired. Groupon asked me to reach out to Proflowers to resolve the problem, and Proflowers said it's Groupon's problem. I ended up requesting refund... //@Anonymous: Remove this, by the time u try this your this deal will be invalid

Works now. There was a problem with their website. I went thru the same problem you're having.
