delivery only to door entrance. they don't deliver it to inside... //@Anonymous: Yeah this thing is very heavy - if you are planning to move it to basement talk to delivery fellas to make sure they do it. They have better tools . Also I have to mention I used expert assembly for my treadmill and he was not that expert. I had to guide him through it by reading the damn catalog.

It is a huge one. //@anonymous: assembly is relatively easy. the hardest part is delivery and moving it. i had one delivered to my house and was pretty surprised when i realized how freaking difficult it was to move it to the basement. //@Anonymous: how does expert assembly work? anyone used this service? feedback? reliable?
