256GB SanDisk Ultra USB 3.1 Flash Drive

My last 2 SanDisk purchases locked themselves into 'write-protected' mode with no hope of writing back to the disk. After researching the issue, it seems that SanDisk has USB disks that lock themselves up after heating up. The data is not lost but the disk is useless. The low price is not worth it.

My 32g ultra drive died within 2 months using on Nvidia shield.

sandisk is an evil company, based on how they handle their Ultrafit usb drive ‘s overheat issue.
