Never buy again!!! Same thing happened to me. This company is very very sucks!!!

They are extremely irresponsible, I bought this product on Nov 20th 2018 and now is Jan 1st, I still don't receive my product. the customer service is terrible. They can't resolve any question and can only say they can do nothing but ask me to wait. Today, I receive another email saying my order is canceled, out of no reason and explanation. This is a horrible company. Worst shopping experience ever. I will keep spreading the words to everyone not buying their product forever!!!!!!

Same here. Never received my Thanksgiving order. The company never replied to my email inquiry about the order. I think dealsea screw us all up by posting deals from a shady company

Same case for me. I’ve sent at least three request emails to them. Guest what?! They claimed each and every time “your order is in process...” seriously? Two months later, you’re still processing?
