Just worked for me. Got a 128GB black iPad for $264. I have used this 20% off AMEX offer before and have in the last two months been unable to re-use this offer. However, this seemed to be a new offer starting 11-22-2018 to 12-28-2018.

Piece of advice: don’t use your available points to pay for what you buy, 1 point ($0.01) is enough to get the 20 % discount. Points have more value when are transferred to airlines.
