Thanks! Got it. It worked. Had to put the code DOT1 before clicking "Join Now". Then purchased the dot and the credits were applied automatically. And worked on the Charcoal color.

The DOT1 code shows up as not available/expired on one of my accounts (which has utilized the Amex 1 MR point for 20% off promotion twice before).
