Not so much, I'm pretty sure. There's LONG been a free shipping option for non-prime, but it's not 2-day shipping. From the marketing I've seen, this is (free shipping guaranteed to arrive before the holidays). That sounds an awful lot like, (not 2nd day and you'll be lucky to get it within 14 days). Thing is, they may waive the minimum per order limit until the holidays are over, but I'm pretty sure Prime is still more expedient. //@Anonymous: Free shipping for everyone.
