buying from this site is Like winning lottery, there are times I have like new ones, also there are times look really used. I always choose cosmetic level A. So far all the 7 laptops I bought in the past years are still working

Don't buy. They only have 100days warranty. I bought a e7440, after about half a year, the battery was dead and bulged so much so that I need to used a lot of force to remove it from its compartment. Also, the rubber band surrounding the outer edge of the display was peeled off. I contacted Dell and sent them the pictures, but they said because it was already out of warranty, it was my responsibility to fix it.
