I went to a local TJMaxx store to ask if they could order one item for me online (No they cannot). The problem was the staff was ignorant and cold to me. Not good customer service practices

Right on. Took me 30 minutes to return with 3 employees trying to figure out what to do. Bought 2 items, one arrived broken, the other didn't fit description (material listed was not what arrived). TJMaxx best buy in store.

Worse shipping,takes 3-4 weeks to ship .Staff don’t know how to deal with online returns
