Do we get the gift card if we already have an investment account and just open a new spending account ?

"Opportunity Cost". Someone else could have made more money with the time and resources you were spending on opening account & withdrawing $200. And most people with money have accounts with Fidelity already. //@Anonymous: opened and funded. very generous, if it comes through.
