costco price: $856 - $70 - $60 + ($15 + $3)* 4 = $798
discount tire price: $840 -$200 + $23*4 = $732 (in my case, discount tire did a price match for that $200 discount from their price, not ebay price. Then total price becomes $197*4 -$200 + $23*4 = $680)
