It should be written somewhere in the fine print. For me, I needed to make an online purchase of $50 (or 30) within 10 days of membership activation to be eligible for the $15 e-gift card. In August, I had to call Sams club two times to get each of those two gift cards. Please read the fine print, mine required an online purchase over $x for the e-gift card. Useful if you shop frequently and the store near you has not closed recently.

Sams club cancelled my order minutes after I redeemed the voucher online without giving any reason. Had to request a refund through Groupon
