If you are minimally handy, there is no need to hire a person to change out a toilet. Just youtube it and you should be good to go. //@Anonymous: what would a reasonable labor charge for installing the toilet?

It actually is the Home Depot does not come with a slow close lid. That seat sells easily for $50 //@anonymous: HD shows $198 to me. That's 20-ish% more. don't know what you're looking at. //@Anonymous: only $10 less than that of in Home Dept. You call it a DEAL?
