Same here. Out of 4 mugs shipped 3 were broken, in fact they were shipped without any box just in the factory case they came. The vase that was supposed to be ceramic was metal. Took them to local TJMaxx to return, they needed 3 people to figure out how to do returns for 30 minutes. First and last time shopping TJMaxx online.

Shipping was slow, and packaging was so bad that two items arrived broken. Contacted customer service and no response yet after a week.
