totally agree, sent me a broken item . i got busy and missed the return date and went few days after. They said we wont take it, as its past return period, it was their inferior brand insignia still...wow i just left it for. //@Anonymous: i just purchased two smart watches from BB at early black friday event. their customer service suck. they do not care about their customers at all. be aware and stay out of BB.
