Pretty nice deal. I went once. They did bring us shopping twice, but the shopping experience was more than happy. Otherwise the only drawback is the tight schedule.

Very nice but looks like it is tight schedule.

Yeah, you will get cheating as much as here in the USA. //@Anonymous: that's right. get ready for a lot of cheating and a lot of smog. //@Anonymous: Wow, be ready to be taken to many “shopping areas”, that’s the only way they can make up the cost with these type of trips.

Or you can buy some cheap stuff, then they will leave. If nobody buys anything, they will stay there forever.
I did find something I wanted to buy when I was in the similar trip, like silk, tea, dried mushroom, etc. I checked price on amazon and other sites before I put order, pretty good in price and quality.
//@Anonymous: There is a way to take advantage of this kind of deal. Pay the guide $200 upon arrival and ask him to leave you alone. It will work and good.

You are contradicting yourself. They forced you to buy stuff, yet you couldn’t go shopping? What? //@anonymous: They will force you to buy tea, jade, silk comforter and many many others but the price is ridiculous high. The hotels are located in the suburb, you can't find any place to go shopping or eating.

how can they force you? can't you just say you don't want to buy...? //@Anonymous: They will force you to buy tea, jade, silk comforter and many many others but the price is ridiculous high. The hotels are located in the suburb, you can't find any place to go shopping or eating.

I have been to this country before. The environment feels very dirty and unhealthy, and no matter what you do or where you go, somebody is always trying to cheat you. Not fun. //@Anonymous: that's right. get ready for a lot of cheating and a lot of smog. //@Anonymous: Wow, be ready to be taken to many “shopping areas”, that’s the only way they can make up the cost with these type of trips.

You will learn a lesson when you buy this trip. This is more like a tuition that you pay to learn why it’s so cheap and then you will never buy it again in the future.

They are nearby cities but joining any kind of tour would be spending some time in the the plane or coach bus as time length is always short and has many destinations. //@anonymous: 12 days for so many cities, r u kidding me?
guess most of the time would be spent on transport and hotel

I've been one of these tours before. They took you to a tourist site for 15 min and kept you in a shop for 6 hours...... go figure... //@Anonymous: 12 days for so many cities, r u kidding me?
