to use any features beyond basic (1 gb max for all new and old recordings), any higher resolution (more data else 1gb limit), motion detection on section of screen/zone(requires AC power), battery life (about a week) ... totally useless ..might as well get a cheap $20 720p camera //@Anonymous: i never pay anything else for using the arlo.are we talking about the same camera?
