Mine started having screen issues when it was still well under warranty,HP CS played gimmick by transferring me back and forth among different departments until I feel tired of it, done with HP. //@anonymous: could not agree more //@anonymous: need to stay away HP products, I spent 1250$ for a laptop only lasted 13 months(12 months warranty), you have to pay $99 for help desk's analysis of your laptop
