Instant ramen is not viewed as a desirable food staple, even in countries like Japan and Korea.

Exactly, don't eat the noodle, just drink the broth. LOL. //@Anonymous: Actually, The bad stuff is already built into the the noodles. Drink the broth. Dont eat the noodles. //@anonymous: Even if you eat tons of instant noodles, as long as your other meals are healthy, you are probably okay. Also, don't drink the soup, which is where most of the bad stuff is.

There is tons of msg in every potato chip and no one cares but when it's in asian food.... oh no that's a problem. //@anonymous: dumb ass being brainwashed about msg. 3 words - read, study and research. //@Anonymous: What is the difference? Do they real have no MSG? //@anonymous: You guys are probably thinking of the cheaper version, Nong Shim Shin Ramyun.

If you eat it 3 times a day, you would be busted. If you eat once a week, I don’t see anything wrong.

You don’t actually believe their ramen is instant noodle type do you? It’s like saying eating potato is healthy and you went on and eat tons of fries. //@anonymous: Sooo... if eating ramen will send you to an early grave, then why are people living longer in places like Korea and Japan where ramen is part of someone stable. //@anonymous: these noodles are of inadequate quality. contain so many chemicals it makes you wonder what you are eating. plus it contains a huuuuuge amount of salt (almost the whole daily need) in a single package. (two servings per package). So basically you are eating pasta with chemicals and salt. you can make better AND CHEAPER home.

seems like a bad deal. go to an asian grocery market and they are sold better than this price most of the time.
