Yeah I know about the 144Hz, forgot to mention it, hence all the comments on not knowing what I'm talking about :), but personally I don't notice a difference. 60Hz and up all all seem the same. Even playing a fps, It still seems the same. //@Anonymous: There's also that kind of important 144Hz vs your 60Hz TV. The extra money is not on the curves. ;) //@Anonymous: So when does a monitor become a TV. Currently I am using a 55inch 4k tv as a monitor. (4096x2160) got it for $250, black friday, its not curved but I don't think a curved screen is worth an extra $500
