We appreciate the pilot, not the airline company. //@Anonymous: At the end of the day if you are planning to travel on any given day from one place to another, and you see a $20 flight and a $200 flight, I guess at least 90% will chose a $20 flight! Accidents do happen but everyone should appreciate south west pilot in limiting the death toll to One! No point in pointing fingers at any airlines! It is what is....

Not gonna argue with you on "class" or "value" of Southwest...just check out the public records on safety, incident, and mechanic issues...It definitely falls behind the major airlines.
