From experience and observations: if you're serious about working out at home, just get some barbells and plates. Nobody who buys these all-in-one home gyms ever has the right mindset to use them and they end up just taking up space. These are on Craigslist all the time for FREE because people just want them OUT after realizing they won't use them.
