I bought 3 extra firm mattresses in 6 month. The first is firm. The second one is less firm. The last one is super soft. The quality is not consistent at all. Don’t buy from them. //@anonymous: I placed an order last month. They're cheaper than all local sellers for the very same product. The only drawback is that you cannot try the beds since they are online.
The shopping experience was smooth and pleasant for me.
I didn't get to deal with the Customer Service though.

I placed an order last month. They're cheaper than all local sellers for the very same product. The only drawback is that you cannot try the beds since they are online.

I bought an extra firm mattress, it is terrible. Their custom service is awful. They send my order to a small mattress manufacturer. //@anonymous: We bought a mattress from US Mattress.
