That's not true. There is no standard definition for High Efficiency at all. Department of Energy regulates the water and electricity usage. Today all washers are high efficiency because they use less water and HE detergent. not available order 1 and called up and was told stores have damaged washer RMA return to vendor and it still shows as in stock until it is picked up. buyer beware. same at the only other store in area. Clerk said they have been on clearance for months and out of stock for a long time
