the 8% and 10% are more towards the end of Quarter. The 6% is only for monthly boosts since the quarter just started //@Anonymous: ebay must be falling behind its monthly sales estimates and tries boost sales by giving out extra discounts. Wait for 8% then 10% discount as the month ends
