Because I didn't choose the closing club as my home club when I joined the club online, even though 99% of my in-store club visits were made to this closing club...Manager was info-ed and expecting a call back on a decision. Very Disappointed!

Same here. Got email confirmation but no change. Mine expired on 1.2.2018. Went to club today and after showing them the email, the associate couldn’t find extension on her system. But she manually extended my membership for 3 months. Love sams club!
