I am using Lyca and Lyca confirmed 3G phones does not work on 4G LTE networks. I am not able to receive calls also. I raised a request with Lyca and they confirmed 3G phones does not work on 4G LTE including calls. Hope this helps!! Eventhough i don't use data i am forced to migrate to 4G LTE device now i am able to get calls clearly. //@Anonymous: I know you can make and receive calls with 3G phone on Lyca. If you are trying to do more than that you should buy a smartphone

I know you can make and receive calls with 3G phone on Lyca. If you are trying to do more than that you should buy a smartphone
