I purchased the M6 kit and everything is like new. You should be able to exchange the battery with the warranty. //@Anonymous: dont buy these refurbs, got the M6 bundle a few days ago and the battery is dead on arrival.

Not sure if thats a standard experience. I bought ton of stuff, everything turned out new. Moreover it comes with standard 1 yr warranty. Easy returns or exchanges. I would not hesitate at these prices. //@Anonymous: dont buy these refurbs, got the M6 bundle a few days ago and the battery is dead on arrival.
