It's not about battery, but evil IOS. My iPhone 6 Plus is still at OS 8, and works well without any battery issue. Never update your IOS, otherwise, your phone will be ruined by new apple ios. //@anonymous: I bought one for$5 and replaced my iPhone 6 old one. Running like great. //@anonymous: At $29 they will still make some profit. The OEM battery sells around $20-$25 in retail price. Guess for apple the actual cost should be much less. Apple defrauded iPhone users by slowing devices without warning to compensate for poor battery performance, according to eight lawsuits filed in various federal courts in the week since the company opened up about the year-old software change.

1. this slow down is because Apple customer love it.
