someone below said they picked it for $148 where did you get that and is there anything thing different that we have to ask them for this offer

I went to a target store and they say that this offer is only valid on Xbox priceed at 279+tax which will again bring the offer to 190 something which is not an offer at all.

Targets are not allowed to do price matching to their online price AND cartwheel. It’s supposed to be one or the other. You can purchase the Xbox one S online for $189.99, or buy it in store for $279 + 30% off cartwheel = $196.
