They didn't allow you to cancel the order even just placed about an hour ago and you need to pay the shipping if you want to return. I bought beauty which should come with free gift but they send me fewer gift than the gift picture showed on the receipt.

Mee too, i'm very upset with them. I wanted to take Estee lauder gift set, so they cancelled it and shipped the items i don't need //@anonymous: never buy their products! I ordered something that I don't really need at full price to get the blockbuster. They sent me the item I don't need and cancelled the blockbuster after 10 days' waiting time! And, I have to pay the shipping fee if when I do the return. What a trick! They are fooling us!
