TRADE IN PROGRAM IS A SAMSUNG SCAM!!! I AM A VICTIM AS WELL. BROUGHT 2 NOTE 8 SEND PERFECTLY GOOD NOTE 5 BACK, GOT ZERO REBATE ON BOTH PHONE. SAMSUNG IS GOOD PHONE BUT DO NOT RELY ON THEIR REBATE!!!
