Are you a dealer? cleaning motors? //@Anonymous: I am pretty sure if you clean the motor head once awhile like we do. Yours should be still working fine like ours. //@Anonymous: Don't buy this. I had 2 animals.. both had motor issues after 2 years.. warranty won't cover those... $50 other brands work fine for years.
