I'm responsible for my charge against samsclub.com. Actually I filed a complaint against them on Better Business Bureau. You can go there to see how bad samsclub.com reputation is, 16 negative vs 1 positive!

I purchased two 50$ smashburger gift cards from them in August, When cards arrive, each only has 25$ value.
I've since called them three times, each time they promised to resolve the problem in 3-5 business days, nothing happened.
