Not true, everything was checked under my preferences, I am still not receiving the 6 or 8 or 10% eBay bucks offers. //@anonymous: Whining here will not do any good to your circumstances. If you want to really fix your issue, listen to me carefully. Go to your ebay account settings, on the left-hand side click on the communication preferences, at the very bottom, under the Promotions and Surveys check the box next to the General Email Promotions. Make sure you hit the SAVE button.
