When we got there, the ticketing clerk said they cannot honor it. We showed him the terms and conditions on the email confirmation, all says it should be valid. The clerk kept on telling us sorry, per manager, they do not accept it. That day the line was really really long, because half of the people were holding the BOGO ticket. You already drove all the way there with kids and friends, it’s not like you can just leave and go to another theme park. Eventually the manager gave everyone a “nice” offer of 50% off on 2nd ticket. Never went back after that day.
